Pricing
Come be a part of our aerial arts workshops and improve your skills in a relaxed environment. To join, all you need is a Basic Ticket (10€) to cover the essential costs, plus a separate Workshop Ticket (30€) for each session you want to participate in.
The Basic Ticket
Each participant requires this 10€ to cover the essential costs.
The ticket grants you access to:
- Showers and Changing Areas
- Break Room
- Free Training when the gym is available
- Complimentary Coffee, Tea, and Snacks
Additionally, for a small fee, we offer soft drinks to keep you refreshed throughout the day.
The Workshop Tickets
Each workshop requires a separate ticket, priced at 30€—this applies regardless of the length or difficulty level of the session.
Pyramidal Kleinkunst Verein e.V. members enjoy a discount on every workshop ticket!
The Add-Ons Tickets
We offer a variety of add-ons to enhance your experience:
- Overnight Stay: Free
- Flammkuchen Evening: 5€
We look forward to welcoming you and sharing an amazing time together!
During the Workshops
Only the trainers and participants with tickets for that specific workshop are allowed in the gym during the session. If you’re not participating in a workshop, feel free to take a break, shower, and relax in the break room.
Registration
Registration takes place on the central registration website of our association.
While it’s possible to add tickets and add-ons later if they’re available, we recommend booking everything in one go—it’s easier for both us and you.
This is an integrated version of our registration site, currently in beta. If you prefer, you can switch to the full registration website for a more stable experience.
The adult registration
Registrations for adult participants (over 16) will begin on Sunday, 9th February 2025 at 18:00 (German Time, CET).
All Pyramidal Kleinkunst Verein e.V. members who submitted their membership form by 31st January 2025 can register a few days earlier.
Age Requirement:
You need to be at least 16 years old for this registration phase.
The youth registration
Registrations for younger participants (12 to 16) will begin on Sunday, 16th February 2025 at 18:00 (German Time, CET).
The reason behind this is that teenagers already have a rich offer of diverse workshops, youth circus programs, and other activities in the region. However, there aren’t as many opportunities for adults. So, we’ve decided to give the “older” crowd a head-start when it comes to registration.
Waiting List
If tickets are sold out, you can join the waiting list for any tickets you’re interested in. We often have last-minute cancellations, so it’s really useful to join the waiting list! Sometimes, if demand is high, we may even offer a workshop twice!
Exclusion of Liability
When participating in this event, the organizers, their representatives, and vicarious agents are excluded from liability for damages of any kind, unless they are based on a grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the organizers, their representatives, or vicarious agents. Participants take part in the event of their own free will and at their own risk, are responsible for their own state of health, and take care of it. Parents/guardians attending the event with their own children confirm that they are responsible for the supervision of their children.
