Klaudia Bawer (@aerialclimber) is a trained physiotherapist and artist, trainer and choreographer. A decade ago, she decided to translate her knowledge of the human being into performing arts. She currently performs and gives workshops throughout Poland and abroad. She spreads her passion wherever she can. She loves to pass on tricks and believes that technique makes things easier and faster.

Aerial Silks Dynamics – Saturday, March 16th – 10.00 AM – 12:00 AM — In this workshop, we are going to focus on technique and proper muscle work during swings and jumps.
Beginner 1 – Saturday, March 16th 10th – 1.30 PM – 3:00PM — A beginner workshop to get started with aerial silk!
Creative Moves and Sequences – Saturday, March 16th – 3.30 PM – 5:30PM — This workshop will focus on Klaudia’s favorite moves and poses connected with fast wraps and easy unwrapping.

Roll Ups – Sunday, March 17th – 10.00 AM – 12:00aM — We are going to focus on two arm roll ups. We will deconstruct this movement and build it step by step. We will use a lot of prep exercises which will allow your body to fully understand roll up mechanics.
Beginner 2 – Sunday, March 17th – 1.30 PM – 3:00PM — This workshop is for beginners who can climb, single and double footlock.
Personal Style Research – Sunday, December 10th – 3.00 PM — Artistic workshop focused on quality of the movement. We will talk about grace, tempo and small things that can make huge difference.
