Izabele, an internationally acclaimed artist originally from Lithuania, has graced some of Europe’s most prestigious stages, including the Hans Christian Andersen, Helium, Spoffin, Circus Dance, and Re-Riga festivals. A CircusNext 2024 Laureate and featured artist at the renowned CIRCA 2024 festival, she is recognized as a leading talent in contemporary circus arts.

In addition to her artistic achievements, Izabele is a member of Art for Rainy Days and Taigi Cirkas, companies celebrated for creating innovative circus performances that blend elegance, surrealism, and visual art.

Her education includes rigorous training at Flic Scuola di Circo, Gravity Circus, and Lab Rope Creative, complemented by dance training and numerous workshops focusing on creativity and teaching.

Aerial Silk: Beginner – Friday, 21.03.2025 14:00-15:30
This workshop deepens your understanding of aerial silks by breaking down fundamental techniques and categorizing movement types for clearer progression. Through systemized transitions and refined mechanics, you’ll build a strong foundation for future advancement. Plus, we’ll explore some fun beginner-friendly tricks along the way!

Aerial Straps Duo Workshop (with Johannes): Beginners – Friday, 21.03.2025 16:30-18:30
In this workshop we are going to work dive into the foundation of aerial straps for duo works.
The goal is to learn the basics that workshop participants later can build on and research independently. We are going to learn core positions on aerial straps, partner holding and transition techniques, also spinning: understanding the correct body positioning, directions and inertia. You’ll also learn preparatory floor exercises and aerial conditioning techniques to build the strength and control needed for desired elements.

Aerial Silk: Mastering beats – Saturday, 22.03.2025 10:30-12:30
Mastering Beats Experience the thrill of mastering beats on the silks — a skill that feels like flying! The goal of beats is to create weightless moments, allowing you to regrip, transition, and explore dynamic movements effortlessly. Beyond their functional purpose, beats are impressive tricks that add dynamic flow and visual contrast to your aerial  performance.
In this workshop, we’ll dive into the fundamentals of front, back, and amazon beats, along with their variations. You’ll also learn preparatory floor exercises and aerial conditioning techniques to build the strength and control needed for beats.

Aerial Straps Duo Workshop (with Johannes): Intermediate – Sunday, 23.03.2025 14:00-16:00
In this workshop we will work on Aerial Straps Duo elements that already require to have some aerial experience. The workshop material is most suitable for students feeling comfortable on one arm hangs, a clean invert (best straight arm, but not required) and a 10s pull up hold. This workshop also includes preparational exercises for keeping the shoulders healthy during aerial work and conditioning exercises for desired aerial tricks.
