Meals and Catering

For lunch breaks, participants need to bring their own food, as meals are only provided for artists, organizers, and volunteers. Please make sure to stock up on snacks, energy bars, and fruit to keep you energized throughout the day. There will be tables available near the entrance where you can eat and drink. Coffee and tea will be provided there. Please note that food consumption is not allowed in the gyms.

For your convenience, there are several fast food options and restaurants nearby.

What's the Basic Ticket?

To join, all you need is one Basic Ticket to cover the essential costs, plus a separate Workshop Ticket for each session you want to participate in.

Showers and Changing Areas Available

We have showers available for all participants to freshen up during the event. There are also designated changing areas for your convenience.

R

Overnight Sleeping Space Available

You can stay overnight and sleep in the break room area or the smaller gym. Don’t forget to bring your breakfast—while we provide you with the most valuable coffee, food is on you! Sleeping masks, ear plugs, and a sleeping bag are recommended for a better rest! Sleeping is a must, so please remember to book your free add-ons for overnight stays.

R

Cancellation

When booking, please note that it is possible to cancel your ticket up to one week before the event. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible. This helps us avoid blocking a spot that could be offered to someone else. If you do not show up without canceling, you will be preventing another participant from joining. Thank you for your understanding!

R

Ticket changes...etc.

If you would like to (partially) cancel or make any changes to your booking, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

R

Vouchers

If you receive one or more vouchers (for example, because you’ve moved up from the waiting list), please note that you still need to redeem these vouchers. A voucher is not a ticket.

R

Waiting list

If tickets are sold out, you can join the waiting list for any tickets you’re interested in. We often have last-minute cancellations, so it’s really useful to join the waiting list! Sometimes, if demand is high, we may even offer a workshop twice!
