Types of Aerial Workshops

Get ready to explore a variety of aerial disciplines, each designed to help you expand your skills and discover new ways to move through the air. Our workshops are crafted for all levels, from beginners to intermediates, and offer a unique opportunity to learn from world-class instructors.

Aerial Silk

Aerial Silk involves performing acrobatic moves while hanging from long pieces of fabric. This discipline combines strength, flexibility, and grace as you climb, wrap, and drop through the silks, creating breathtaking performances in the air.

Aerial Rope

Aerial Rope uses a single vertical rope to perform acrobatic sequences high above the ground. Performers weave themselves into spirals, slides, and dramatic drops, using momentum and body tension to create sequences that feel both daring and seamless.

Straps

Aerial Straps focuses on using two long straps to perform powerful, acrobatic moves. It challenges strength and coordination, allowing practitioners to explore dynamic movements, spins, and intricate sequences while suspended mid-air.

Trapeze

Trapeze centers on dynamic shifts between stillness and motion. The fixed bar and ropes invite striking poses, inverted balances, and swinging transitions, blending precision with the playful rhythm of the apparatus itself.

Benefits of Aerial Arts

Engaging in aerial disciplines not only challenges your body but also nurtures your mind. With every session, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you explore new ways to move through the air.

Relaxation

Aerial arts provide a chance for mental relaxation. The focus on controlled breathing and fluid movement helps release tension, clearing your mind and reconnecting you with your body.

Flexibility

Consistent practice in disciplines like Aerial Silk and Lyra enhances flexibility and range of motion. Stretching, balancing, and controlled movements lengthen muscles, improving overall flexibility.

Wellbeing

Aerial arts offer a holistic approach to physical and mental wellbeing. The combination of strength-building and mindful movement fosters accomplishment, enhancing your overall health.

Resilience

The challenges in aerial disciplines develop both mental and physical resilience. Overcoming obstacles, from learning new moves to mastering sequences, strengthens perseverance and boosts confidence.

Concentration

Aerial arts require focus and concentration as you master complex moves and sequences. Staying present improves mental clarity and sharpens your focus both inside and outside of the gym.

Strength

Aerial disciplines are an effective way to build strength. Bodyweight exercises like climbing, lifting, and holding poses work multiple muscle groups, developing lean, powerful muscles.
